Warranties: All Moto Guzzi and Aprilia Motorcycles as well as Aprilia, Piaggio and Vespa scooters are covered by a one or two year unlimited mile warranty. The coverage, outlined in the vehicles warranty manual, includes any manufacturer's defect for parts and includes labor. Maintenance and some other exception items (wear parts) are not covered under warranty.
Extended Warranties: In addition to the standard warranty, all our models have an optional extended warranty package available. For Vespa and Piaggio Scooters we offer new owners the option in the first 90 days to purchase an additional 2 years of coverage (three year total) for their scooter through their Vespa dealership. These extended policies are currently available for the LX50/150/S150/Fly50/150 $350; GT200/GTS250/BV250 $390; BV500/X9 500 $500; MP3 250/400 $550; MP3 500 $600.
We also offer Aftermarket Extended Warranties through Interstate Star Sport which can be used at any repair facility nationwide these start at $790 for an additional 3-year period.
Roadside Assistance: Vespa and Piaggio scooters offer complimentary roadside assistance throughout the scooter's warranty period. Call 866-232-0083 for roadside assistence. This program provides free towing for your scooter (up to $100), should your scooter need to come in for a warranty related issue.
Independent Roadside Assistance: Call Stef's Motorcycle towing for a quick tow or emergency pickup and delivery. 314-456-6702.
Extended Roadside Assistance: We offer roadside assistance plan for any scooter or motorcycle that does not have roadside assistance:
$68 per year on all new scooter purchases
$99 per year on all used scooter purchases
$99 per year to extend factory Roadside assistance
$99 per year on all new motorcycle purchases
$99 per year on any used motorcycle purchases
The package includes one year of road side assistance for all areas. It will cover tows up to $100. For any tow more than $100 in cost, the amount over $100 will be paid by the customer.
